"Feed Your Mind"


Feed your mind
with good vibes

Don't forget
To feed your mind as well
We plan our meals but we often neglect
the food for the mind

Spare some time in things you enjoy
Spare some time in things to train your mind in a good direction
Spare some time to absorb good vibes

At least for an hour
in whole day
Engage with things where you feel alive
Try to understand yourself
what your soul wants

The simplest thing can energies your mind
The simplest thing can make you happy anytime.

This mind is a powerhouse
And you're its caretaker!
